The owner is looking for the right executive tohand the company over to and trust to run it. We aren't looking for someone who simply manages what already exists. We need someone capable ofbuilding what needs to exist for the next level of growth. Our target is clear: Build EZ4X4 into a $100+ million company. EZ4X4 designs and sells innovativepatented Jeep, Bronco, pickup truck, and automotive accessory products, backed by 30+ exclusive patents. We manufacture through our operations in Chinaand sell through: EZ4X4.com Amazon Walmart Dealers International markets Home Depot Lowe’s Costco Other major retail and distribution channels YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THE WHOLE BUSINESS The right CEO will understand: Leadership + Marketing + Operations + Finance + Systems + Technical Products + People. You will be responsible for building scalable systems across the organization, including: Management and accountability Marketing Sales E-commerce SEO Social media Amazon and Walmart Dealer development Big-box retail International sales Inventory planning Supply chain China manufacturing Warehousing Logistics Customer service Financial controls Forecasting KPIs Recruiting Product development YOU MUST UNDERSTAND MARKETING We are not looking for a CEO who says, “Marketing handles marketing.” You need to understand it. You must be capable of reviewing the strategy, numbers, advertising, SEO, social media, creative, video, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI and know whether your team is performing. You must know how to build a world-class marketing organization capable of supporting aggressive growth. YOU MUST UNDERSTAND TECHNICAL PRODUCTS EZ4X4 sells physical, patented, engineered products. You need to be able to understand the products, understand how they work, communicate their advantages, understand manufacturing issues, and work effectively with product-development and engineering teams. THE MISSION Take a successful entrepreneurial company and build themanagement structure, systems, processes, controls, marketing organization, and operating disciplinerequired to become a$100+ million company. Ultimately, this CEO will have responsibility for running the company. COMPENSATION This position offers astrong executive base salary plus a substantial performance incentive tied directly to company growth and profitability. The opportunity is designed to attract an experienced growth executive who understands the scale of what we are building and wants their compensation aligned with the results they create. Performance incentives will be based on areas including: Revenue growth Profitability Achievement of major strategic objectives Overall company performance Successful execution of the company’s growth plan toward$100+ million in revenue We want the CEO to participate financially in the value they help create.
