Production Quality Technician

Pay: $18.38 - $19.40/hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Weekends as needed

What You’ll Do: You’ll spend your time on the production floor helping ensure Ditsch USA products meet quality, safety, packaging, and customer standards. Inspect products throughout the production process Check product weights, temperatures, appearance, packaging, and labels Complete quality checks and record results Verify products meet company and customer requirements Identify quality concerns and communicate issues to the production team Review production paperwork for accuracy Support food safety and quality standards throughout the facility Work closely with production employees to help maintain product consistency Who Succeeds in This Role? Previous quality experience is helpful but not required. Training is available for the right candidate.
