Diabetes Care Educator (RN or RD) - Travel-friendly

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a full-time diabetes education professional to join the Southpark Diabetes Clinic. Responsibilities include leading DSMT and MNT education, tailoring sessions to patient needs, and collaborating with the care team to implement comprehensive care plans. Licensed RN or Registered Dietitian required; CDCES certification preferred. Will travel 2-3 days per week to additional locations. Travel is expected but compensated within a supportive rewards program.
