Healthcare Staffing Operations Manager

Oversee daily healthcare staffing operations across hospital, clinic, and home care assignments Coordinate scheduling and placement of nurses, CNAs, and home health aides to meet client needs Monitor staffing levels, fill open shifts, and ensure timely responses to client requests Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, agency policies, and documentation standards Collaborate with clients to understand staffing requirements and resolve service issues Support and coach field staff, promoting a compassionate, professional care environment Analyze staffing trends and performance metrics to improve service quality and efficiency Partner with leadership on process improvements and implementation of staffing initiatives Healthcare operations management Staff scheduling and workforce coordination Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance Electronic scheduling and HRIS systems Data analysis and staffing metrics Customer/client relationship management Process improvement and workflow optimization Team leadership and staff supervision Documentation and record management Conflict resolution and problem-solving Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field Certified Medical Manager (CMM) preferred Experience with healthcare staffing or home health agencies Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
