About the role

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will oversee ABA programming, supervise RBTs, and ensure effective delivery of services across centers and community settings. You will assess client needs, develop individualized plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a large team of BCBA/LIC staff to support children aged 18 months to 12 years and their families.
