Member Experience Concierge

Club4-Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide superior member service and assist with tours, sign-ups, and account updates. You will answer phones, check in members, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. Candidates should have a customer service background, basic computer skills, and a passion for fitness. A high school diploma or GED is required, and CPR/AED certification is preferred.
