Remote Change Management Manager

Overview In this role, you drive change management for ERP/financial systems transformation. You partner with leaders to craft people-focused strategies that enable adoption of new processes. You assess impacts, mitigate risks, and execute comprehensive change plans including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll support readiness, develop user resources, and track adoption to ensure successful business transformation. This position offers impact across large, complex organizations and opportunities to shape how teams work with new systems. Responsibilities Lead change management activities for business transformation and process improvements Collaborate with business leaders to create people-centered change strategies Assess change impact across teams and identify risks with mitigation plans Develop and execute change plans including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption Conduct organizational readiness assessments and provide actionable recommendations Create and maintain training materials, guides, FAQs, presentations, and user support resources Establish adoption metrics and monitor change effectiveness to identify gaps Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching for impacted teams Partner with project teams and change champions to support new processes and ways of working Monitor progress, gather stakeholder feedback, and address adoption challenges during implementation Key requirements 2+ years in change management, organizational transformation, or related field Experience supporting change initiatives within large, complex organizations Experience developing and executing communication, training, and adoption strategies Experience creating training documentation and user support materials Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills Strong organizational skills with multi-priority management Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across diverse business groups Ability to assess impacts, identify risks, and develop practical solutions Flexible and adaptable in evolving business environmentsstakeholder managementcommunicationfacilitationchange management principlesorganizational readinessadoption metrics
