Styling Consultant & Client Experience Lead

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Style Advisor to promote the selling culture in-store, drive business through client relationships, and lead the sales team. This position is classified as a part-time OR full-time hourly, non-exempt position. You will be expected to work, on average, a 25-hour week, in-store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior fashion/retail experience and strong customer service are preferred.
