Quality Technician Join Our Growing Team! Are you passionate about quality, food safety, and doing things the right way? We're looking for a Quality Technician to join a growing juice manufacturing company in Phoenix. The company produces products for schools, healthcare facilities, daycares, and organizations across the country. With a recently expanded facility and new equipment, there's a lot of exciting growth happening. What You'll Be Doing:
As a Quality Technician, you'll help make sure our products are safe, consistent, and meet quality standards.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Checking raw materials, packaging, and finished products
- Testing products for temperature, pH, Brix, fill levels, appearance, and consistency
- Making sure GMPs, sanitation, PPE, and food safety standards are followed
- Completing quality checks, production logs, and other documentation
- Identifying and reporting quality issues or product deviations
- Helping investigate defects and non-conforming materials
- Working with the production team to correct problems and reduce waste
- Performing sanitation audits and production floor inspections
- Helping coach team members on quality and food safety practices
What We're Looking For:
You don't need to know everything—we're looking for someone with a solid QA foundation who is ready to grow.
You'll need:
- At least 1 year of Quality Assurance experience
- Experience in a food, beverage, or manufacturing environment
- Experience with product testing, inspections, or basic lab procedures
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- The ability to communicate and work well with a production team
- A willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
