The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a framework to demonstrate the model's impact on clinical, financial, operational, and patient-level outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and establish metrics, processes, and governance for ongoing evaluation.The VP will also be tasked with translating findings into strategic insights, shaping future value-based care offerings, and leading the development of compelling value narratives for external stakeholders. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in value-based care, healthcare economics, or a related field, with a deep understanding of value-based care models and their impact on diverse populations.The role requires exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication skills, and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with senior leaders in healthcare and a strong background in cross-functional partnership.
