Overview As a Senior Consultant EPM, you guide customers in transforming financial and operational planning with Jedox. You act as a trusted advisor, blending business sense with technical know-how to design and deliver scalable EPM solutions for finance and other functions. You collaborate with executives, partners, and internal teams to ensure value realization and customer success. You’ll influence solution architecture and lead end-to-end implementations, shaping how organizations plan and perform. Compensation / Benefits Flexible work options Generous vacation time Comprehensive health benefits including pension plans Career growth plans and internal/external training Public transit reimbursement or bike leasing Flat hierarchies and fast decision-making Responsibilities Act as the primary EPM contact for Financial and Operational Planning & Analytics, guiding customers and teams Collaborate with C-level, finance and non-finance stakeholders to translate objectives into Jedox solutions Design customized planning, reporting, and analytics concepts aligned with business needs Lead design and requirements workshops to translate needs into scalable solutions Drive end-to-end implementation with measurable business impact and adoption Manage complex, parallel project workstreams with modern project management practices Shape scalable Jedox solution architectures and provide feedback for product development Coach and mentor junior consultants and support GTM teams Key requirements 5+ years of experience in consulting, controlling, accounting or an operational business department Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to communicate with C-suite stakeholders Experience with software that supports collaborative FP&A or other EPM processes Project management experience or experience in a Scrum team Strong service orientation and collaborative working style Collegial, open and down-to-earth personality Proficiency in English Entrepreneurial mindset Confident communication with C-suite Collaborative working styleEPM/FP&A expertise Jedox platform experience Solution architecture
