Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to attract customers to our nightclub
- Create and distribute promotional materials including flyers, posters, and digital content
- Utilize social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram, to promote upcoming events
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance our promotional efforts
- Manage guest lists and reservations for VIP clients
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in the nightlife industry
Requirements:
- Prior experience in nightclub promotion or event marketing is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and how to leverage them for promotion
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
