Duties:
HelpProvides MAJCOM functional managers resolutions to complex system problems. Recommends tests, equipment modification, training for users and maintainers, and correction to design deficiencies through evaluation of operational capability of systems/equipment and review of performance date against standards. Assists in troubleshooting and repairing difficult and unusual problems including those which have not been previously resolved. Acts as Technical Content Manager for assigned technical data.
