Texas Transmission & Distribution Construction Lead

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead overhead transmission and distribution construction across Texas. You will direct field teams, coordinate resources, and ensure safety and compliance on large-scale power projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to optimize schedules, productivity, and project performance, while mentoring field leadership and maintaining strong customer relationships.
