Contractor - Business Project Manager SpecialistTechnical Enablement, Automation, Power Platform, and Process Optimization FocusLocation - Pennsylvania or Arizona (Malvern or Scottsdale)Role SummaryLeads projects or components of projects and owns project plans to drive completion of day-to-day project goals. This role is ideal for someone with a stronger technical skillset who can identify manual processes, design scalable solutions, automate repeatable work, and improve operational visibility. The contractor will support Learning and Development Operations through Power Platform solutions, workflow automation, reporting support, process redesign, documentation, testing, and stakeholder partnership.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze current operational processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve controls, and increase scalability.Design, build, test, and maintain low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 tools, and related technologies.Support reporting, dashboards, trackers, workflow automations, and operational tools that improve visibility and execution across learning business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into practical, scalable technology-enabled solutions.Document business processes, solution logic, user instructions, testing outcomes, and support procedures.Partner with operational teams to implement automation, improve adoption, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize solutions.Support project plans, risks, dependencies, stakeholder updates, and special initiatives tied to operational Skills & ExperienceMinimum of two years of related work experience, including project coordination, business operations, process improvement, automation, or technology-enabled operations experience.Experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar tools to automate or improve business processes.Demonstrated experience identifying manual processes and converting them into streamlined, repeatable, or automated solutions.Ability to gather requirements, test solutions, troubleshoot issues, and document technical or operational processes clearly.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience with Power BI, ServiceNow, Workday Learning, LearnUpon, LMS platforms, case management systems, or reporting tools.Experience with data analysis, workflow design, process mapping, RPA concepts, SQL, advanced Excel, or integration support.Experience supporting HR Operations, Learning and Development Operations, training operations, or enterprise service delivery teams.Agile delivery, project management, process improvement, or change management experience is a plus.Ideal Candidate ProfileTechnically curious and motivated to solve operational problems through automation and better user experiences.Able to bridge business needs with practical technology solutions without overcomplicating delivery.Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Focused on eliminating manual effort, improving data quality, and building sustainable operational tools.
