Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (FULLY REMOTE)

We need a FULLY REMOTE, experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (ideally 10+ years experience) who understands how to run, manage and close commercial real estate transactions, including handling title.  We operate with extreme urgency, including a strict 24-business-hour response rule for all clients. Key Responsibilities:Assist with lender representation matters, loan documentation preparation, and real estate transactions Draft, review, and organize real estate legal documents and correspondence Manage client files, deadlines, and internal tracking systems Assist with the processing and handling of title-related matters Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties via phone and email Respond to ALL client communications within 24 business hours. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work Support closing preparation and post-closing follow-up as needed Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to attorneys Help improve internal processes and contribute to firm growth Qualifications:10+ experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (real estate or transactional law required)MUST HAVE FLORIDA EXPERIENCELender representation experience is a strong plus Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow within the firm Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Confident navigating technology, software programs, and document management systems Ideally resides in Tampa Bay area Willing to adapt to our process and systems; good with technology Why Join Us?
