Librarian, Reference Law

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree, in library and information science ( MLIS ), information management, or related field from an ALA -accredited institution or Juris Doctorate.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in conducting legal research and reference services. Experience creating research guides in web-based research guides platform. Experience conducting reference interviews. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies. Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback. Effective written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and decision-making abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and have a "Customer Focus" attitude and delivery. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Teams, and Power Point.
