Compensation & Benefits: Earning Potential: $45,000 - $75,000 per year
Pay: $15.00 - 17.00 per flag hour
Our production based compensation structure rewards experienced detailers for their efficiency and productivity, offering the opportunity to increase earnings based on performance. Actual earnings depend on production and hours flagged. Responsibilities include:
  • Perform interior and exterior detailing to CarShop quality standards
  • Prepare vehicles for customer delivery according to established procedures
  • Inspect vehicles to ensure cosmetic quality and cleanliness
  • Maintain detailing equipment and report maintenance or repair needs
  • Work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environmentWhat We're Looking ForMinimum of 2 years of automotive detailing experience, preferably in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet production goals
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
  • Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing
