Key Responsibilities: Identify and recruit brokers to distribute Med Pass subscriptions. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, ensuring consistent engagement and support. Represent Med Pass professionally and effectively in the market. Meet or exceed sales targets through broker sign-ups. Compensation Structure: This is a commission-only role, offering a competitive payout structure based on the plan and number of subscriptions sold. Higher-tier plans come with increased earning potential, providing ample opportunities for uncapped commissions. Qualifications: Proven sales experience, preferably in health, wellness, or subscription-based products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented attitude.
