Eligibility Specialist

Seeking an Eligibility Specialist to join the team! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to follow-up with assigned clients! **Completed BA /BS degree required.

What's the Job? Determine eligibility of new applicants of program housing vacancies and Section 8 vouchers. Conduct re-certification screenings of existing tenants to determine continued eligibility. Refer clients to community social services, as needed. Communicate on multi-levels with internal and external team members. What's Needed? BA/BS Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or Criminal Justice.2+ years Case Management background within social services, non-profit or government organization. Familiarity with public housing process a plus!
