Role Description:
This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Generalist at TASC Outsourcing LLC. The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR activities, including supporting HR policies and procedures, assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate HR records. The role involves coordinating employee benefits and assisting with benefits administration, responding to employee inquiries, and helping ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company guidelines. The HR Generalist will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, provide guidance on HR best practices, and contribute to HR projects such as process improvements, engagement initiatives, and documentation updates.
Qualifications:
Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting generalist HR functions. Ability to understand, interpret, and apply HR Policies while helping maintain compliance and consistency across the organization. Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and addressing employee questions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage confidential information and demonstrate sound judgment. Proficiency with HRIS or HR software, and strong skills in MS Office or similar productivity tools. Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting. Prior experience in an HR Generalist or HR support role; exposure to outsourcing or professional services environments is an advantage. Relevant academic background such as a degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
