Job DescriptionBAKERY COUNTER CLERK-FULL AND PART TIMEABLE TO WORK BOTH DAY AND AFTERNOON HOURSGraul's Market has been serving the Baltimore areas since the 1920's. We are a specialty gourmet market focusing on service to our customers and offering a quality product. At Graul's Market, we have the BEST bakery around, and we are looking for the BEST.**All candidates must have reliable transportation since we are NOT on the bus rote or light rail.*Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes working both day and afternoon hours, during the week and weekends. Positions are at our Towson, md and Lutherville, md store locations. Bakery Counter Clerk -Full or Part Time
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the display cases inside the bakery are fully stocked with fresh bread and other baked goods.
- Experience working as a bakery counter, barista or food service preferred
- Create a welcoming and positive customer experience at the bakery counter.
- Advise customers on baked goods selection and taking orders.
- Weigh, price and package purchased items.
- Apply ingredient tags and price tags to pre-baked foods.
- Excellent customer service skills, physically fit to lift at least 30lbs.
