VP of Operations

Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership across a complex, multi-site manufacturing organization. Drive operational performance, cost optimization, and profitability across the business. Lead transformation and integration initiatives while identifying opportunities for operational synergies. Develop high-performing leadership teams and strengthen organizational accountability. Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic priorities and support long-term growth.

Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including significant multi-site responsibility. Experience within packaging or similarly complex manufacturing environments preferred. Private equity-backed operating experience highly desirable, particularly involving integration, transformation, or value creation. Proven ability to lead through change, make decisive decisions, and execute in a fast-paced environment. Strong financial acumen, operational discipline, and a track record of delivering measurable results. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
