Director of Engineering — Hybrid, Cross‑Platform Games

LEGO Digital Play is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the architecture and development of a consumer‑facing living application. This role combines high‑level technical decision‑making with hands‑on coding alongside a small team, spanning collaboration with game designers, product managers, UX and marketing. The position is hybrid (2‑3 days per month in the office) with occasional travel, requiring strong analytical thinking, leadership, and a passion for data‑driven product development.
