This pivotal role is focused on owning and nurturing customer relationships within one of the company's largest health accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing complex deliverables, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and creating a range of strategic materials, from communications plans to executive-facing roadmaps.The role demands a high level of attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in leading renewal and expansion strategies, serving as a trusted executive advisor, and proactively mitigating risks to ensure the success of the partnership.Applicants for this role at the company should have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with 4-7+ years in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or technology. A background in a chief of staff, business operations, client delivery, or customer-facing role is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with C-suite and senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, and will have a proven track record of creating executive-ready plans and materials.Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills are essential.
