About the role
Job Description:
Prepare and serve burritos, quesadillas, chilaquiles, and tacos from a fast-paced food truck with minimal on-site prep. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, the Food Truck Cook will support breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, as well as regular catering, private events, and occasional festivals.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items to order. Execute recipes and menu standards for burritos, quesadillas, chilaquiles, and tacos. Maintain food safety standards throughout preparation and service. Track ingredient inventory and communicate replenishment needs. Keep the mobile kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary. Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide friendly, responsive customer service. Support regular catering, private events, and occasional festivals.
Preferred Qualifications:
