Entry Level Data Center Technicians – Commercial & Industrial Projects Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Entry Level Data Center Technicians for a long-term opportunity in Philadelphia, PA. Earn $20 per hour and start building a career in the construction and low-voltage industry! Construction Laborers at Next Level Technician work across a variety of commercial and industrial sites, including data centers, schools, hospitals, offices, retail stores, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. Every project is different—giving you hands-on experience and a chance to grow your skillset fast.
Responsibilities:
- Support construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks
- Work closely with supervisors and skilled trades to assist where needed
- Follow all site safety procedures and properly use PPELearn and assist with low-voltage cabling tasks (pulling cable, labeling, staging materials)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Take direction and training to develop technical skills over time
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — full training provided
- Interest in building a long-term career in cabling or construction trades
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
