Nurse (Consultant) (Clinical Measurement)

DutiesContinuously assess the clinical quality of care provided world-wide in both the direct and purchased care sectors.Serve as an advisor on matters and issues pertaining to the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical quality programs and activities with external quality assurance and improvement organizations.Provide expert advice to provider groups and military treatment facilities regarding the development, interpretation and application of policies, procedures, directives, instructions and contracts.Serve as a liaison with major federal, state and private agencies, professional associations and societies, prominent professional health care experts.Conduct extensive coordination efforts with other DoD and Federal agencies in order to implement new clinical quality programs.
