Contracts Associate Analyst

Responsibilities: Support Sales through direct and indirect sales channels including interacting with third party sales channels. Process electricity contracts for residential and commercial customers. Collaborate with sales staff to support brokers and meet sales targets. Understand brokers' business models and tailor communication accordingly. Proactively consult with brokers to identify the needs of customers. Analyze complex transaction requests and facilitate communication across teams. Build expertise in products, markets, and processes to support partners. Assist with additional projects as assigned. Possess a positive professional demeanor while building company credibility and brand value. Exhibit strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills. Good organizational and time management skills.
