About the role

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Pick and pack subscription and e-commerce orders to our packing standard- Verify every box (right bottles, right quantity, right customer) before the label goes on- Print and apply shipping labels and check each batch for duplicates- Stage packed boxes by carrier, then palletize and wrap them for pickup- Help unload inbound pallets and move product to its assigned locations- Keep your station and the floor clean all day, and help with end-of-day closing cleanup- Report breakage, damage, and safety issues to the Warehouse Manager right awayPAY & SCHEDULE- $20.00/hour- $75 monthly Standards Bonus (up to $900/year) for good attendance and a clean station- Overtime at time-and-a-half, planned at the start of the day- Shift: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid meal break- Days: [MondayFriday]- Raises based on warehouse results and your individual recordWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Reliable, on-time attendance. This matters more than anything.- Strong attention to detail and careful handling of glass bottles- Able to stand and walk for a full shift and lift cases up to 50 lb (team lifts for heavier loads)- Willing to follow written procedures and keep a clean workspace- Comfortable keeping your phone put away while on the floor (use it freely on breaks)- Closed-toe shoes every day- Must be 18 or older- Warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred; pallet jack experience a plusGOOD TO KNOW- Smoke- and vape-free property, including the lot and loading area- Licensed spirits facility: product is never opened or consumed- You'll report to our Warehouse Manager, who trains every new associate on our procedures recblid hingc4zi61crhvttvnd702tdzfmw8z
