Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. You will regularly review data, interpret results, and adjust individualized treatment plans. You will supervise by observing staff, meeting with families, and consulting on concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff. Administrative support is provided by the Clinical Manager.
