Overview:
Works closely with the Telerecruitment Manager in devising and employing plans for achieving the department's pre-set monthly goals. This position directly supervises a team of twenty full and part time associates. Supervisor will be responsible for managing team including their direct results and all quality checks performed on a regular basis. Candidate will need to be organized and a self starter who consistently looks to improve upon current processes while being available for staff questions and escalations. Supervisor will also manage schedules/attendance for all staff ensuring all One Blood policies are followed. Coach, train and support call center staff, including onboarding new hires and providing coaching/retraining sessions for staff as needed. Work closely with our Marketing team to ensure clear communication regarding new promotions an programs. This is critical for staff to receive in a timely manner so they can assist donors with questions. Supervisor position also requires candidate to have technical skills that includes supporting/training/implementing new technology that becomes available within the call center area.

Responsible for the recruitment of blood donors via telephone in order to achieve pre-set monthly branch production goals. Performs and manages tasks related to office operations and recruitment activities. Oversees and tracks progress on special projects. Visits donor center (branch) locations and offsite drives / events as necessary.
Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and one year related supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS: None KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS: Knowledge of the organization's Telerecruitment programs, including whole blood, apheresis, HLA and rare donor recruitment, as well as all aspects related to scheduling of donors Ability to organize work for timely completion Ability to delegate, manage and supervise effectively Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Ability to follow complex oral and written instructions Ability to speak, write, read, and understand standard English Skill in operating office equipment Ability to commute with personal transportation asic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
