Regional Director of Business DevelopmentALIYA Healthcare is seeking a results-driven Regional Director of Business Development to lead census growth and referral development across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This role is ideal for a proven leader with strong SNF experience and an established background as a hospital liaison, with the ability to build and maintain key referral relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Drive census growth and occupancy across assigned facilities
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and referral sources
- Oversee and support facility-level liaisons and admissions teams
- Identify new referral opportunities and strategic partnerships within the market
- Monitor referral trends, conversion rates, and competitive market activity
- Collaborate with Administrators and clinical teams to align admissions with facility capabilities
- Ensure timely follow-up on all referrals and lead conversion efforts
- Conduct regular facility visits and provide coaching to admissions and marketing staff
- Represent the organization at hospital meetings, community events, and networking opportunities
- Track and report census goals, outreach activity, and performance metrics

Qualifications
Required: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
Required: Hospital liaison or healthcare business development experience
