We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and professionals with 0–3 years of experience who are passionate about working with data, identifying trends, and supporting business decisions through analytics. As a Data Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and visualize data, create reports and dashboards, and work with cross-functional teams to provide actionable business insights. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources. Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Write SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data. Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy. Identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights. Create KPI reports and business performance metrics. Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements. Support business intelligence initiatives. Prepare presentations and analytical reports. Maintain documentation for reports and data processes. Assist with ad hoc reporting and analytics requests.
