Pursuit/Proposal Manager-Marketing

Overview In this role you lead the full lifecycle of technical proposals and qualifications for federal and complex pursuits, coordinating cross-functional teams to produce compliant, compelling materials. You prepare for shortlist interviews, ensure QA/QC, and manage deadlines across multiple concurrent efforts. You will work with marketing, graphics, and client managers to optimize capture strategies and messaging. Compensation / Benefitshybrid work modelrelocation assistanceopportunity to work on federal/proposal marketingcollaborative, cross-functional team environment Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle of technical proposals, RFIs, sources sought, qualification packages, and oral presentations Partner with Client Managers, Project Managers, and SMEs to determine pursuit strategy and craft messages Coordinate multiple proposal efforts across markets and service lines Develop and maintain capture plans and manage document catalogs and deadlines Lead pursuit meetings and coordinate cross-office teams Ensure consistency of presentation graphics, resumes, and collateral materials Draft sales materials and support market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence Mentor junior staff and perform QA/QC on proposals and materials Maintain marketing materials repository and CRM data accuracy Support internal and external marketing communications Key requirementsB.A. or B.S. in A/E/C marketing or equivalent 10+ years’ experience developing SF330 and equally complex proposals and managing proposal efforts Exceptional written and oral communication skills Strong project management and organizational experience with ability to handle concurrent deadlines Extensive MS Office Suite and Adobe InDesign/Acrobat experience; additional Adobe tools a plus Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics and/or Vantagepoint Effective proposal coordination, attention to detail, planning, and resource management Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work style Availability for overtime and hybrid work with occasional travel to Fairfax, VAstrong communicationself-motivatedteam collaborationMS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
