Assistant Spiritsmaker & Production Lab - 4x10 Schedule

Greenbar Distillery in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Assistant spiritsmaker/blender to support production and packaging of our organic spirits. You will work on liquid tasks across infusion, fermentation, distillation, re-distillation, bottling, and R&D under the Production Director. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and teamwork in a busy facility, with emphasis on quality control, inventory management, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
