Senior Payment Risk Analyst TouchSuite is seeking a Senior Payment Risk Analyst to join our high-impact team. The opportunity is located in Boca Raton, FL - Remote opportunities may be considered. What You'll Do:
- Monitor and analyze credit card and ACH fraud patterns
- Lead chargeback mitigation efforts (VAMP, RDR, Ethoca, Verifi, etc.)Manage collections strategy for unpaid fees and negative balances
- Handle KYC/KYB, ID verification, and OFAC/AML reviews
- Develop and enforce risk scoring models for new and existing merchants
- Collaborate across teams to support merchant onboarding and risk-informed growth
- Analyze MCC/NAICS codes, validate TIN/SSN, enforce underwriting policies
- Leverage tools like TSYS, Fiserv, MATCH, SQL, ExcelWhat You Bring 5+ years in risk analysis or merchant underwriting (ISO or payment processing required)
- Expertise in fraud detection, chargebacks, and collections strategy
- Solid understanding of PCI DSS and NACHA rules
