Chief Delivery Officer

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) to lead the development, construction, and delivery of a rapidly expanding US data center portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from site development and utility coordination through construction, commissioning, and operational handover. This is an opportunity to build and lead a delivery organization, influence major capital investments, and play a central role in scaling a high-growth infrastructure platform.

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development and delivery of multiple large-scale data center campuses. Oversee site development, design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational handover. Manage utility relationships, interconnection, power infrastructure, and energization schedules. Direct GC, EPC, MEP, engineering, and construction partners across multiple US markets. Oversee capacity planning, forecasting, and alignment with customer demand and commercial commitments. Own project budgets, schedules, capital deployment, risk management, and delivery performance. Establish scalable delivery processes, governance structures, and executive reporting. Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary development and construction team. Ensure facilities are commissioned, operationally ready, and delivered in line with customer commitments. Provide strategic oversight and reporting to the CEO, board, and investors.

Qualifications: 10+ years of senior leadership experience in data center development, construction, or mission-critical infrastructure. Proven executive experience within a data center developer, operator, hyperscaler, or related infrastructure business. Demonstrated track record delivering large-scale, multi-campus data center developments. Strong expertise in power infrastructure, utilities, interconnection, construction, and commissioning. Experience managing substantial capital programs, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to align delivery with business objectives. Experience establishing scalable delivery organizations, processes, and project governance. Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style with a bias toward action, accountability, and efficient execution. Decisive, adaptable, and responsive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
