This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly analytical, technically curious, and excited about building scalable demand generation engines. You’ll work across the full funnel—from awareness to conversion—using AI tools to accelerate execution, improve targeting, and optimize performance. What You’ll DoDemand Generation & Pipeline Growth Support the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid media, email, SEO, social, and outbound) Help build and optimize lead generation funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths Partner with sales to ensure alignment on lead quality, pipeline progression, and revenue impact Contribute to pipeline targets by driving qualified leads and improving conversion ratesAI-Powered Growth Execution Use AI tools to generate, test, and optimize ad copy, email campaigns, and landing page content Build scalable workflows for content creation, personalization, and campaign automation Leverage AI to improve targeting, segmentation, and lead scoring Continuously test new AI tools and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance Performance Marketing & Optimization Monitor and optimize campaign performance across channels (CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROI) Run A/B tests on messaging, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implement strategies to improve conversion at each stage Data & Analytics Analyze campaign and funnel performance to generate actionable insights Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline contribution and marketing impact Use data to inform campaign strategy, budget allocation, and experimentation Experimentation & Growth Mindset Operate with a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve results Stay current on growth marketing trends, AI tools, and demand generation best practices Bring new ideas to drive scalable, repeatable growth What You Bring0–3 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing Bachelor’s degree Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, analytics platforms) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance Basic understanding of demand generation concepts (funnels, conversion rates, attribution) Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation Experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, paid ad platforms) Exposure to SQL, Python, or marketing automation workflows Understanding of B2B SaaS or cybersecurity marketing Experience working with sales teams or revenue-focused metrics
