Customer Service Representative - $23-$26/hr. Part-time contract opportunity for indefinite length Onsite - Vista area Job Description· Handle customer communication via phone and email· Build a trusted & positive relationship with all customers.· Assist customers with estimates, orders, billing, & shipping needs· Provide detailed information about our products and services.· Troubleshoot and resolve ordering or estimates questions including ecommerce transaction.
Qualifications:
· Positive & friendly attitude· Previous Customer Service Experience (helpful)· Previous print shop experience (helpful)· General printing knowledge (helpful)· Proficient in Adobe applications (helpful)· Ability to work well with a team.· Ability to work well in a fast paced environment· Good communication skills· Good organizational skills· Detail oriented.· Ability to input data quickly & accurately.
