TF Machine Operator

Pay: $21.00/hr Start Time: 5:45 AM Days Off: Thursday & Sunday We are hiring dependable Machine Operators for a food production facility that manufactures ready-to-eat salads, dips, fruit trays, vegetable trays, and other fresh food products.

Responsibilities: Operate production machinery safely and efficiently. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Assist with machine setup and basic troubleshooting. Pick, scan, and stage materials as needed. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area. Work in a cold, refrigerated environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in cold temperatures.

Physical Requirements: Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift. Lift up to 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally with assistance. Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements. Ability to wear required PPE, including hairnets, gloves, and safety gear.
