Job Description:
This Is NOT a Typical Front Desk JobIf you’re just looking to “check people in and answer phones,” this is not the role for you.
This position is for someone who:
- Loves people
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is confident recommending services + products
- Wants to be part of a team that drives results⸻What You’ll Be Responsible ForDelivering a high-energy, welcoming guest experience
- Booking appointments strategically to maximize the schedule
- Driving rebooking and filling gaps in the day
- Reaching out to clients (waitlist / no walk-in list) to generate business
- Recommending retail and service upgrades
- Keeping the front desk organized, accurate, and efficient⸻Who You AreOutgoing, talkative, and confident with people
- Naturally persuasive (you can recommend without feeling “salesy”)Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask under pressure without getting overwhelmed
- Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do⸻What Makes You Stand OutExperience in retail, hospitality, or salon/spa
- Comfortable hitting goals (rebooking %, retail, booking)
- Strong phone and communication skills⸻This Role Is NOT For You If:

- Day Shift 7:30 am - 2:30 pm Tuesday through Friday.
