Citywide Risk Management Director

City and County of San Francisco is seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Risk Management to modernize and strengthen the City's approach to risk. You will lead enterprise risk management, insurance programs, and risk transfer efforts across a diverse, decentralized organization. Reporting to the City Administrator, you will advise senior leaders, shape policies, manage an annual budget around $50M in insurance, and build partnerships with departments, insurers, and legal counsel to
