Marketing Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Partner with executive leadership to turn strategic priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Manage cross-functional projects, operating rhythms, leadership meetings, KPI tracking, and executive updates. Create executive-ready presentations, business updates, and strategic communications. Drive alignment across stakeholders by managing project plans, status reports, decision logs, and action items. Champion AI-enabled productivity and continuous improvement across the marketing organization. Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and resource planning efforts. Coordinate governance, compliance, and operational processes to keep initiatives moving efficiently.

What We're Looking For: 3+ years of project management experience supporting strategy, marketing, transformation, or executive leadership teams. Strong executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Copilot (or other AI tools), and project management platforms. Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs, budgets, and business performance metrics. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Experience in a high-performing marketing organization, Chief of Staff, Strategic PMO, or executive operations environment. Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing technology platforms. Enterprise-level experience in banking, financial services, fintech.
