About the team + role We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. Robinhood's Crypto team owns how customers experience crypto at Robinhood, from buying their first coin to trading actively and going onchain with products that bring centralized and decentralized finance together. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own design strategy and execution across retail crypto trading as well as support our onchain experiences. You'll balance ambitious 0-to-1 bets that define new categories with the iterative, detail-driven work that makes our existing products faster, clearer, and more reliable. You'll partner closely with engineering, product, compliance, and legal, and help shape the long-term vision for retail crypto at Robinhood. Design at Robinhood is AI-first. This role is for someone who already uses AI as a core part of how they think, explore, and execute. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.
