Now Hiring – Machine Assistant
Buffalo, NY
Remedy Staffing is hiring a Machine Assistant for a growing steel manufacturing company in Buffalo, NY. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing while working in a team-oriented environment.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00/hr based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Assist machine operators with setup and production
Help operate and support metal fabrication equipment
Read measurements and use measuring tools accurately
Assist with material handling and inventory organization
Inspect finished products for quality
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
Manufacturing experience preferred
Blueprint reading experience is a plus
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
Comfortable lifting and handling materials
Basic computer skills helpful
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
