AdvisaCare is seeking Top of Line *Home Health Aides / Certified Nursing Assistants* to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in the Grosse Pointe area. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly paychecks and so much MORE!In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to patients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff or supervisor
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, meal preparation, tidying up)
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols

Requirements:
- High School Graduate or GEDReliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Work in a team responsibly and independently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel within the service areaCPR Certified
- Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
