Massage Therapist

Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional massage services in accordance with established treatment protocols. Deliver a variety of massage modalities (deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal).Consult with guests to understand their health history, treatment goals, preferences, and areas of concern. Prepare treatment rooms and supplies according to Esther's Wellhouse standards. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and professionalism. Educate guests on the benefits of treatments and recommend appropriate services, enhancements, and retail products. Support a seamless guest experience through clear communication and collaboration with spa hosts and team members. Assist with daily spa operations, as needed. Maintain current Kentucky massage therapy licensure and participate in ongoing training and professional development. Perform other duties as assigned.
