Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Greeley, CO. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on payroll experience who is confident working in ADP Workforce Now®. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential employee and payroll information.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Process payroll accurately and on time• Use ADP Workforce Now® to process payroll and maintain employee information• Review timekeeping, hours, deductions, and payroll changes• Process payroll adjustments and resolve discrepancies• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation• Assist employees with payroll-related questions• Ensure payroll information is entered accurately and deadlines are met• Work with HR and management on payroll and employee updates• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information What We’re Looking For• Previous hands-on payroll experience• ADP Workforce Now® experience is specifically required• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Experience working with confidential information• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities• Good communication and problem-solving skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
