Head of Global Commodities & Strategic Sourcing

Flowers Foods, Inc. in the United States is seeking a senior procurement leader to direct the Commodities tower, oversee the direct procure-to-pay (P2P) function, and govern SAP contracting across the company's bakery ingredient supply chain. You will build and lead a five-person team of category and SAP contracting managers, shape sourcing strategies, hedge commodity risk, and work with Finance on annual plans to deliver savings, continuity, and growth for existing plants and new product lines.
